1. Scope

These Terms of Service (“TOS”) govern your access to and use of the salon-billing application provided by WebTechKeys (the “Service”). These TOS supplement and are incorporated into the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. Service Description

The Service enables salons/franchises to manage multiple salons under one owner, staff management, billing, reporting dashboards, customer appointments and invoicing.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when using the Service.
  • You agree to maintain internal controls and secure your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws in your use of the Service (for example tax, labour, billing, consumer protection laws).
  • You shall not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to process unlawful data.
  • You shall not interfere with or disrupt the Service or any servers or networks connected to it.

4. Support & Maintenance

  • We will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Support (as described on our website) and maintain the Service availability.
  • We may provide scheduled maintenance or updates. We are not liable for downtime or service interruptions outside our control (such as force-majeure events, internet outages).
  • We may update the Service and add/modify features; some changes may require you to update your software or accept new terms.

5. Service Levels & Uptime

While we aim for high availability, we do not guarantee a specific uptime. Our support policy and any SLA will be as communicated on our website.

6. Data Backup & Your Responsibility

  • We perform routine backups of user data but you are responsible for exporting and archiving critical data for your own business continuity.
  • We are not responsible for loss of data caused by your actions or failures in your environment.

7. Limitations & Liability

  • We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Service.
  • Our total liability under these TOS, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, will in no event exceed the amounts you paid in the prior 12 months (or if none, INR 1).
  • This limitation does not apply to liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct or death/personal injury.

8. Termination of Service

  • You may terminate your use of the Service by providing notice (per your subscription terms) and stopping use.
  • We may terminate or suspend your access for cause (e.g., non-payment, breach of these TOS).
  • Upon termination, your rights to use the Service stop and you should export your data. We may delete your account and data after a period.

9. Intellectual Property & License

  • We own all intellectual property rights in the Service.
  • You are granted a license to use the Service as described in your subscription.
  • You shall not remove or modify any proprietary notices in the Service.

10. Modification of Service or Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue (temporarily or permanently) the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We may also revise these TOS; we will provide notice of material changes and your continued use constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These TOS and any dispute arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by the laws of [Your State in India]. The competent courts located in [City] will have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Miscellaneous

  • If any provision of these TOS is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
  • These TOS, together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the Service.
