1. Introduction

Welcome to Webtechkeys. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, the web application and mobile application (the “Service”) provided by us. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business entity, you represent you are authorised to accept these Terms on that entity’s behalf.

3. Use of the Service

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your internal business operations relating to salon billing and management.
You agree to use the Service only in accordance with these Terms and any guidelines or policies we publish from time to time.
You shall not:
- use the Service in a way that violates applicable laws, regulations or third-party rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, systems or networks;
- modify, copy, distribute, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the Service (except as expressly permitted by us);
- use the Service to send spam, unsolicited communications, or otherwise misuse it.

4. Account Registration & Security

If you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete and current information.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, and for any activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately in the event of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.

5. Payment & Fees

If the Service includes paid subscription plans or fees (for example, premium features, modules, add-ons), you agree that:

You will pay all applicable fees in accordance with the pricing and billing terms presented to you.
We may change the fees or introduce new fees upon notice (via email or in-app) prior to the start of the next billing cycle.
Unless otherwise stated, all fees paid are non-refundable.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the paid features if you fail to pay the fees when due.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title and interest in and to the Service (including software, content, trademarks, logos, know-how) are owned by us or our licensors.
You retain ownership of your data (for example customer records, salon transaction records), subject to the rights we need to provide the Service.
You grant us a right (non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free) to use your data as needed to operate, improve and support the Service (e.g., anonymised aggregate analytics) provided that we do not identify you or your clients.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy (see Section 9 below). By using the Service you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, with or without cause (including if you breach these Terms).
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and you may lose access to your data — you should export your data in advance if possible.
Termination does not relieve you of any obligation to pay accrued fees or comply with any provision that by its nature survives termination.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of data, uninterrupted service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the past 12 months (or if you have paid nothing, a nominal amount such as INR 1). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct or death/personal injury caused by our negligence.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Your State in India] without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [City], India.

11. Changes to the Terms
